    • Gift Cards are issued by Lenny’s Holdings, LLC (“LH”), Columbus, Ohio.
    • Gift Cards purchased from sources other than Lennys and participating authorized franchisees may not be valid or may have less redeemable value than promised by an unauthorized seller. Lennys is not responsible for honoring invalid gift cards or values.
    • LH reserves the right, and holder or purchaser of a Gift Card agrees that, LH may at any time change the terms of the program or contract with a third party to administer the Gift Card program.
